I’m happy to be around my parents. And considering the mood that I’m in I thought it would help. And… then I remember that my mom as much as I would like her to be a mom, is still extremely judgmental, and can’t just listen to what I have to say and give motherly advice. She has to sit there and talk condacendingly towards me and towards whatever I’m talking about.

It’s easy to get caught up in the excitement of new things. I always find myself getting lost in one thing or another until I find my way back to reality again.
